Sayyid Ali Khan in the book ''Al-kalim Attayyib'' said: this prayer to the leader of the time (peace be upon him) you offer two units (Raka'at) of prayer with Surah Alhamd with any other Surah, on conclusion you stood under the sky and recite the following:

سَلَامُ اللهِ الْكَامِلُ التَّامُّ الشَّامِلُ الْعَامُّ، وَصَلَوَاتُهُ الدَّاۤئِمَةُ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ الْقَاۤئِمَةُ التَّامَّةُ، عَلٰى حُجَّةِ اللهِ وَوَلِيِّهِ فِيْ اَرْضِهِ وَبِلَادِهِ، وَخَلِيْفَتِهِ عَلٰى خَلْقِهِ وَعِبَادِهِ، وَسُلَالَةِ النُّبُوَّةِ، وَبَقِيَّةِ الْعِتْرَةِ وَالصَّفْوَةِ، صَاحِبِ الزَّمَانِ، وَمُظْهِرِ الْاِيْمَانِ، وَمُلَقِّنِ اَحْكَامِ الْقُرْاٰنِ، وَمُطَهِّرِ الْاَرْضِ، وَنَاشِرِ الْعَدْلِ فِي الطُّوْلِ وَالْعَرْضِ، وَالْحُجَّةِ الْقَاۤئِمِ الْمَهْدِيِّ، اَلْاِمَامِ الْمُنْتَظَرِ الْمَرْضِيِّ، وَابْنِ الْاَئِمَّةِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ، اَلْوَصِيِّ بْنِ الْاَوْصِيَاۤءِ الْمَرْضِيِّيْنَ، اَلْهَادِي الْمَعْصُوْمِ بْنِ الْاَئِمَّةِ الْهُدَاةِ الْمَعْصُوْمِيْنَ۔

The Most Perfect, complete and comprise peace, continuous blessing and complete Benediction of Allah be upon the proof of Allah, His legacy on the Earth and land, His ambassador to His servants and creatures, the offspring of the Prophet, the remainder of the progeny and the chosen one, the leader of the time, the manifestation of faith, the prompter of the Qur'anic laws, the cleaner of the Earth (from oppression), the propagator of Justice in the entire world, the proof, the riser Al-Mahdi, the plensant awaiting leader, the descendant of the purified Imams, the descendant of the pleased executors, the guided infallible son of the guided infallibles. Peace be unto you, O' the comforter of the weak believers, peace be unto you O' the descendant of Allah's Messenger, peace be unto you O' the descendant of the commander of the faithful, peace be unto you O' the descendant of Fatimah Zahra the leader of women of the two worlds, peace be unto you, O' the descendant of the proofs and the infallible Imams, the leader of the whole creatures, peace be unto you, O' my master, sincere peace be unto you in your legacy.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُعِزَّ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِيْنَ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُذِلَّ الْكَافِرِيْنَ الْمُتَكَبِّرِيْنَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ۔ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ يَا صَاحِبَ الزَّمَانِ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَابْنَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَابْنَ اَمِيْرِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَابْنَ فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاۤءِ سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاۤءِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَابْنَ الْاَئِمَّةِ الْحُجَجِ الْمَعْصُوْمِيْنَ وَالْاِمَامِ عَلَى الْخَلْقِ اَجْمَعِيْنَ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَامَوْلَايَ سَلَامَ مُخْلِصٍ لَكَ فِي الْوِلَايَةِ۔

In speech and action, I bear witness that you are Imam Al-Mahdi, you will be the one to fill the Earth with justice and equity after it has been filled with oppression and inequity. I beseech Almighty Allah to hasten you relief and make ease your reappearance, and let the time be closer, make your helpers in abundant, and to execute what He has promised you, He is the best that speaks the truth.

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ الْاِمَامُ الْمَهْدِيُّ قَوْلًا وَفِعْلًا، وَاَنْتَ الَّذِيْ تَمْلَاُ الْاَرْضَ قِسْطًا وَعَدْلًا، بَعْدَ مَا مُلِئَتْ جَوْرًا وَظُلْمًا، فَعَجَّلَ اللهُ فَرَجَكَ، وَسَهَّلَ مَخْرَجَكَ، وَقَرَّبَ زَمَانَكَ، وَكَثَّرَ اَنْصَارَكَ وَاَعْوَانَكَ، وَاَنْجَزَ لَكَ مَا وَعَدَكَ، فَهُوَ اَصْدَقُ الْقَاۤئِلِيْنَ «وَنُرِيْدُاَنْ نَّمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ اسْتُضْعِفُوْا فِي الْاَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ اَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِيْنَ»۔

Yet we desire to be gracious to those that were abased in the land, and to make them leaders, and to make them the inheritors.

يَا مَوْلَايَ يَا صَاحِبَ الزَّمَانِ، يَابْنَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ، حَاجَتِيْ كَذَا وَكَذَا،

“ O' my master, O' the leader of the time, O' the son of the Prophet, my request is so and so

mention your request

After you recite the following:

فَاشْفَعْ لِيْ فِيْ نَجَاحِهَا، فَقَدْ تَوَجَّهْتُ اِلَيْكَ بِحَاجَتِيْ، لِعِلْمِيْ اَنَّ لَكَ عِنْدَ اللهِ شَفَاعَةً مَقْبُوْلَةً، وَمَقَامًا مَحْمُوْدًا، فَبِحَقِّ مَنِ اخْتَصَّكُمْ بِاَمْرِهِ، وَارْتَضَاكُمْ لِسِرِّهِ، وَبِالشَّاْنِ الَّذِيْ لَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللهِ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ، سَلِ اللهَ تَعَالٰى فِيْ نُجْحِ طَلِبَتِيْ، وَاِجَابَةِ دَعْوَتِيْ، وَكَشْفِ كُرْبَتِيْ۔

Intercede for me for its success, I have forward my request before you, surely I know that your intercession is accepted, due to your commended rank, for the sake of He who has specialized you for His affairs and your pleasant with His mystery and for the sake of the prestige you possess between you and God, so appeal to Allah the Most High for success in my request and to accept my calls and take off from me all my sufferings

Then you put forward all your wishes, by the grace of God it will be accepted.[2]
