اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ الْهُدٰى وَ التُّقٰى، وَ الْعَفَافَ وَ الْغِنٰى، وَ الْعَمَلَ بِمَا تُحِبُّ وَ تَرْضٰى، اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ مِنْ قُوَّتِكَ لِضَعْفِنَا، وَ مِنْ غِنَاكَ لِفَقْرِنَا وَ فَاقَتِنَا، وَ مِنْ حِلْمِكَ وَ عِلْمِكَ لِجَهْلِنَا۔
O God, I ask You for guidance and piety, and I am hopeful for chastity and needlessness. And I seek every that act, which is liked and approved by You. O God, I ask You from your strength for our weakness and your needlessness for our poverty and hunger and your forbearance and knowledge for our ignorance.
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَ اَعِنَّا عَلٰى شُكْرِكَ وَ ذِكْرِكَ وَ طَاعَتِكَ وَ عِبَادَتِكَ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and help us in your thankfulness and remembrance and obedience and worship, by your mercy, O the most merciful of the merciful ones.
