اِلٰهِیْ هٰذِهٖ قَبَالَۃُ شَفَاعَۃِ اُمَّۃِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّی اللهُ عَلَیْهِ وَ اٰلِهٖ۔
My God, this is the document of the intercession of the Ummah of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his progeny.
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْاَلُكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ الْمُصْطَفٰي وَ شَوْقِهٖ اِلَیَّ، وَ بِعَلِيِّ الْمُرْتَضٰی وَ حُزْنِهٖ عَلَیَّ، وَ بِالْحَسَنِ الْمُجْتَبٰي وَ بُكَائِهٖ عَلَيَّ، وَ بِالْحُسَیْنِ الشَّهِیْدِ وَ كَاٰبِتِهٖ عَلَیَّ، وَ بِبَنَاتِيَ الْفَاطِمِیَّاتِ وَ تَحَسُّرِهِنَّ عَلَيَّ، اَنْ تَرْحَمَ وَ تَغْفِرَ لِلْعُصَاۃِ مِنْ اُمَّۃِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَ تُدْخِلَهُمُ الْجَنَّۃَ، اِنَّكَ اَكْرَمُ الْمَسْؤُوْلِیْنَ وَ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
O God, I ask You through the means of Muhammad Mustafa and eagerness for him, and my husband, Ali Murtuza and the sorrow of separation from me; Hasan Mujtaba and his weeping; and Husain, the martyr and his sorrow and grief; my daughters and their longing and pain that have mercy on me and forgiving the sins of the Ummah of Muhammad, admit them in Paradise as You are the most noble of those, who are asked and the most merciful of the merciful ones.
