NAMAZ AT SEEING A NON-MUSLIMS

Twenty-eighth: The Holy Prophet (s) is reported to have said: Whoever, upon seeing a Jew, a Christian, or a Magus says this prayer, Almighty Allah will not include him with the nonbelievers in Hellfire:

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِىْ

All praise be to Allah

فَضَّلَنِىْ عَلَيْكَ بِالْاِسْلَامِ دِيْنًا

Who has preferred me against You through making Islam to be my religion,

وَ بِالْقُرْاٰنِ كِتَابًا

the Qur'an to be my Book,

وَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا

Muhammad to be my Prophet,

وَ بِعَلِىٍّ‏ اِمَامًا

'Ali to be my Imam,

وَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ اِخْوَانًا

the believers to be my brothers,

وَ بِالْكَعْبَةِ قِبْلَةً۔

and the Ka'bah to be my kiblah.
