اَللّٰهُمَّ زَيِّنِّي فِيْهِ بِالسِّتْرِ وَالْعَفَافِ،
O Allah, on this day, (please) adorn me with covering and chastity,
وَاسْتُرْنِيْ فِيْهِ بِلِبَاسِ الْقُنُوْعِ وَالْكَفَافِ،
cover me on it with the dress of satisfaction and contentment,
وَاحْمِلْنِيْ فِيْهِ عَلَى الْعَدْلِ وَالْاِنْصَافِ،
encourage me on this day to be just and impartial,
وَاٰمِنِّي فِيْهِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا اَخَافُ،
secure me against whatever I fear,
بِعِصْمَتِكَ يَا عِصْمَةَ الْخَآئِفِيْنَ۔
in the name of Your protection, O Shelter of the fearful ones!
