20th Day

اَللّٰهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ فِيْهِ اَبْوَابَ الْجِنَانِ،

O Allah, on this day, (please) open for me the gates of the gardens of Paradise,

وَاَغْلِقْ عَنِّيْ فِيْهِ اَبْوَابَ النِّيْرَانِ،

shut in my face the gates of Hellfire,

وَوَفِّقْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِتِلَاوَةِ الْقُرْاٰنِ،

and lead me to recite the Qur'an.

يَا مُنْزِلَ السَّكِيْنَةِ فِى قُلُوْبِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ۔

0 He Who sends down tranquility on the hearts of the believers!
